How do I place an order?
Choose your items in the shop and follow the checkout steps. Available options and next steps are shown before you submit your order.
How much notice do you need?
Current availability and any required lead time are shown while you order. Your order confirmation will include the timing details you selected. ZoZo Market needs a minimum of 48 hours notice for orders as our menu is not suitable for last minute orders. Our bread and desserts take time.
Where and when is pickup?
Available pickup choices appear during checkout. The confirmed location, date, and time will be included with your order details. Currently we offer pickup at a public meetup location: Buhl Valley Co op We also offer home delivery front door drop off. No need to meet up we will bring your order to you! (Within the Twin Falls & surrounding areas.)
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Any available delivery or shipping choices are shown during checkout for eligible items and locations. We do offer delivery in the Twin Falls & immediate surrounding areas. We do not offer shipping.
How can I pay?
Available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout and are summarized in your order confirmation. We use the payment processor set up via Cottage CMS & Square. We also offer cash on pickup, Venmo, Cashapp or Apple Pay. Needs to be ordered and arranged with Brit. Please reach out via email or text.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Use the contact details in your order confirmation to ask about a change or cancellation. What is possible may depend on the order status and timing.
